  1. How long will it take to receive my custom portrait?
    Our usual completion time for digital drawings is 10 - 14 days and for printed custom portraits will be shipped within 5 days after the drawing is finalized.

  2. How do I receive my custom portrait?
    All the digital custom portraits will be emailed to you after the completion.

  3. Is the final product digital?
    Our default is a digital drawing and if you want a canvas printing you can order an add-on from out Prints page or get it printed online from Shutterfly or Easy Canvas Prints.

  4. What if I'm not satisfied with the final result?
    Customer satisfaction is out main priority. Therefore you can always contact us let us know what you think of the drawing and we are willing to work with until you are satisfied with your custom portrait.

  5. Is the price for a pet is the same as for a person?
    Yes, the total number of figures is the sum of the number of people and pets in the image.
  6. How many photos should I submit as reference?
    You can submit up to 4 photos when you order. If you have more photos to submit than that please email them to info@cartoondeck.com along with your name and order number. Please try to submit at least 2 photos.
  7. Can the people be in separate reference photos?
    No problem at all. As long as we can see the details on the people it's fine.
  8. What the dimensions of my custom portrait?
    The standard sizes are as follows,
    But you can get the drawing in any size you want at a zero additional charge. Just leave us a note when you order.
  9. Do you charge extra for revisions?
    No, we don't. These drawings take a lot of time and creative effort to be drawn. Therefore, please leave as many as instructions of your requirements when you order to avoid the revisions as much as possible.
  10. What information should I give when I order?
    About your clothing preference, pose, quotes for burger of the day sign and next door store sign (For Bob's Custom Portraits only) and anything specific you want in your drawing.
